That's yours free, forever, from a read-only connection. On top of it, your first 10 sends are included — enough to feel replies and follow-ups working on your real enquiries. After those, drafts keep appearing and stay ready; sending them is what you upgrade for. You also get 5 extraction rules, 5 templates, and 6 months of history.

Do replies send automatically? expand_more

No — and this is intentional. Sprevi drafts replies and queues them for your approval; nothing leaves your inbox until you review and send it yourself. The automation handles the hard part: identifying the right moment to follow up, selecting the right template, and pre-filling details from the conversation history. You stay in control of every send. (Enterprise customers can configure specific pre-approved templates — such as an instant acknowledgement — to send automatically, for high-volume situations where manual approval would create delays.)

How does annual billing work? expand_more

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Plan inside the app. If you upgrade mid-year on an annual plan, we pro-rate the difference.

What happens to my data if I downgrade? expand_more

Your data is retained. Records or history exceeding a lower plan's limits are archived — not deleted — until you upgrade again.

Where is my data stored? expand_more

Your mailbox remains the source of truth — Sprevi connects to your email provider via IMAP and indexes metadata, extracted fields, and contact records to power the app. Attachments and raw email content are fetched on-demand from your provider; we don't store them. What we do index is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, isolated per mailbox, and never shared with third parties.

What email providers are supported? expand_more

Any standard IMAP/SMTP mailbox (cPanel, Rackspace, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.) plus native Gmail and Microsoft 365 OAuth for zero-config setup.

Do you charge per mailbox or per user? expand_more

Per workspace subscription — each plan covers the stated mailbox and user allowance. You're not paying per seat.

Will high send volumes affect deliverability or get me blacklisted? expand_more

Protecting your sender reputation is a core design principle. Messages are queued, staggered, and rate-limited to avoid the spikes that trigger provider scrutiny. Every send goes through your own IMAP/SMTP — you're replying to people who already emailed you, which is fundamentally different from unsolicited bulk outreach. Your reputation stays yours; the platform is built to protect it.
