Can I join other people's groups for free?
Yes, always. You can join unlimited groups as a member — there's no paywall on joining. Only creating more than one group requires Pro.

What is Roles matching?
Roles lets you label each member with one of two roles — Mentor/Mentee is the classic use case, but it's any pairing you define. The matching engine then only pairs people across the divide, not within the same role. Great for mentoring schemes, diversity programmes, or any group where cross-pollination is the point.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel via the billing portal at any time. On annual, you get the 60-day money-back window; after that, Pro access continues until the period ends. If you drop back to Free and have more than one group or more than 25 members, those groups will pause — but any active member can take over ownership and reactivate by upgrading themselves.
What happens if I'm on Free and already have my one group?
Your existing group keeps running normally. You just can't create a second one until you upgrade.
Do my team members need to pay?
No. Only the person creating and organising a group needs Pro. Everyone else joins for free.
